All shipments under $ 85 (before taxes) are mailed in letter format without tracking.

From 100 $ of purchases, I post in parcel with tracking number at my expense.If you would like a follow-up for a smaller purchase, choose the package option!

I post quickly but reserve up to 4 working days to prepare your orders without advising of additional delays.In the case of personalized orders, we can estimate the tailoring time according to your request.

Expect Canada Post delays generally ranging from 3 to 25 working days.

Creations Arte Brunelle shipments are made with Canada Post.In letter format (without tracking), delivery standards are generally 3 working days across the province.On the other hand, if the deadlines are sometimes longer for various reasons totally beyond my control, know that Canada Post gives itself 30 days before declaring a lost shipment.
